اثرات پرواز فضایی زیرمداری بر ژرم پلاسم گیاهی در کپسول زیستی کاووس

چکیده
توسعه فضاپیماهای تجاری زیرمداری در دنیا در سال های اخیر، فرصتی را برای درک اثرات عوامل پرواز فضایی کوتاه مدت بر بیولوژی موجودات زنده فراهم آورده است. گیاهان یک عنصر مهم سیستم های پشتیبانی از حیات در اکتشافات فضایی هستند، زیرا آنها اجزای ضروری برای بقای طولانی مدت انسان در خارج از زمین را فراهم می کنند. بذر آن ها به عنوان ذخائر ژنتیکی گیاه یا ژرم پلاسم از جمله مهمترین محموله های زیستی برای انتقال به فضا از گذشته تاکنون بوده است. هدف از انجام مطالعه حاضر، بررسی اثرات یک پرواز زیرمداری (کپسول زیستی کاووس) بر شاخص های جوانه زنی بذرهای گوجه فرنگی و شاخص های رشدی (طول ساقه چه و ریشه چه) گیاهان رویش یافته از آن ها بود. ارتفاع پرتاب کپسول 133 کیلومتر و طول مدت زمان کل پرتاب، 900 ثانیه بود. سرعت و شتاب پرتاب به ترتیب 97/1657 متر بر ثانیه و 64 متر بر مجذور ثانیه بود. مدت زمان میکروگراویتی و هایپرگراویتی اعمال شده بر نمونه های زیستی در این پرتاب به ترتیب 245 و 68 ثانیه بود. محدوده نوسانات دمایی بین 5/84- تا 48/264+ درجه سانتی گراد بود. پس از پرتاب و بازیابی موفقیت آمیز محموله زیستی، شاخص جوانه زنی بذر و شاخص های رشدی گیاهچه ها بین گروه های پرتاب و کنترل زمینی مقایسه شد. پرواز فضایی موجب تحریک رشد اولیه بذرها شد و تاثیرات مثبتی در رابطه با شاخص های رشدی گیاهچه های گوجه فرنگی گروه پرتاب در مقایسه با گروه کنترل زمینی داشت. با دانش ما، اطلاعات در رابطه با پاسخ فوق سریع گیاهان به شرایط پروازهای فضایی کوتاه مدت بسیار محدود است. این گزارش می تواند بینش های جدیدی را در رابطه با اهمیت بررسی اثرات پروازهای فضایی کوتاه مدت بر سیستم های زیستی و به طور ویژه گیاهان، ارائه دهد.
